Father Mateo Crawley-Boevey, religious and priest of the Sacred hearts, is known as the apostle of the Enthronement of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Night Adoration in the Home. He was born in Tingo-Arequipa, Peru, in 1875. After being healed miraculously from a serious illness, in 1907 he undertook the work of the Enthronement.

    He traveled all over the world working for the coming of God's reign of love in the home and family. From the family he believed God's love would reach all of society. He died on May 4, 1960 in Valparaiso, Chile.
