The canonical visit to the Province of Chile is taking place from July 11 to August 17. Pankras Olak and Felipe Lazcano are the visitors. They began their visit by interviewing Javier Prado sscc, emeritus bishop of Rancagua and some brothers of Valparaiso.
Then they visited the community of the Provincial House in Santiago, community characterized by the presence of older brothers, some of whom are not well. Also there they met with Manuel Donoso sscc, emeritus Bishop of La Serena. During these days most of the brothers of the province are having a retreat ("Winter Retreat"), directed by two Carmelite sisters on the topic of Saint Teresa.
Pankras and Felipe will visit all the other communities in the province, including the community of Libertad in Buenos Aires (Argentina). The visit will end with the start of the Provincial Chapter, that will take place from 17 to 21 August, and at which they will too be present.
