From the 3rd to the 14th of March, the canonical visit to the zone of Colombia in the Andean province took place. Raúl Pariamachi (Provincial) and Hilvar Loyaga (Vicar) visited the four local communities in Puerto Rico and Colombia, where they personally met and talked with the 16 brothers who live in this area. The local PARLs and the economic reports concerning the local communities and the apostolic works were made available. In each place there was some contact with the pastoral workers of the four parishes, and more time was given to their own works: the Sacred Hearts School (Puerto Rico), the San Damián School (Bogotá) and the Padre Damián Foundation (Bogotá). It should be remembered that the brothers of the Congregation have been present in Puerto Rico since 1953 and in Colombia since 1962.
