On December 21, 2025, the Brothers and Sisters in Bhubaneswar gathered in a spirit of joy and thanksgiving to celebrate Christmas and the 225th anniversary of our Congregation. The occasion was made even more special by the presence of around 80 children from the non-formal education tuition centre at R.K. Lane, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
For over 15 years, the Damien Social Development Institute (DSDI) has been a source of hope and opportunity, extending educational support to children from economically disadvantaged families in this slum community. The celebration was filled with excitement and laughter, beginning with lively outdoor games, followed by a delicious meal. The day concluded with the cheerful distribution of prizes, creating lasting memories and spreading festive joy among all who participated.
