The Executive Committee of the Interprovincial Conference of Latin America (CIAL) met on August 31 to continue preparations for its upcoming Assembly, to be held in November.
During the meeting, the "Horizon of Reflection" proposal was reviewed and approved, which will guide the Provinces' preparation around three areas: mission, option for young people, and leadership and structures. The general program of the Assembly was also reviewed, which will include sessions on evaluation, spiritual conversation, youth and vocational ministry, economy and mission, as well as reflection on the future of CIAL.
In the coming weeks, the Provinces will continue this journey by preparing syntheses, materials, and proposals to be shared during the Assembly. The gathering aims, above all, to be a space for listening, discernment, and shared vision — one that allows us to recognize the path traveled and continue strengthening communion, collaboration, and interdependence in the life and mission of the Sacred Hearts in Latin America.
