Family gathering in Picpus ahead of an upcoming ordination

On Saturday, June 14, more than a hundred people gathered for a fraternal afternoon organized by the Youth and Vocations Ministry in collaboration with the Picpus Community in Paris. This congregational gathering brought together friends, young people, religious, sisters, and members of the secular branch in a spirit of prayer and communion.

A highlight of the event was the testimony of Quentin Huillard, who will be ordained a priest on Saturday, June 28 at Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris. As part of his religious formation, Quentin shared his personal experience and offered insightful reflections on the life of a priest today, which sparked meaningful discussion among the participants.

The program included: Mass, picnic, conference, small group discussions, and Vespers. Attendees came from Montgeron, Poitiers, Saint-Gabriel, the Picpus network, and Sainte Marguerite Parish, along with SSCC sisters and members of the secular branch.

A heartfelt thank you to the Picpus Community for organizing this beautiful moment of connection.

Next stop: the ordination at Notre-Dame!
