On Saturday 24 June 2017, the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, two neighboring brothers generalate communities of Via Rivarone in Rome-Italy come together to have barbeque at the garden of the Sacred Hearts generalate. These were the communities of the Sacred Hearts (SSCC) and the Ploërmel (Brothers of Christian Instruction / FICP).
The bright sunny day lends to a friendly atmosphere in the garden, where the family of Camille Sapu (Marie Josée Sapu and Polycarpe Kavula) and brothers of the two communities chatted freely under the shade of the trees, while enjoying the simple satay style barbeque prepared by Pankras Olak sscc and Tiramisu by Alberto Ramos ficp.
The gathering was also a farewell occasion for Franck Kanyinda sscc and Wilfried Fara ficp who have completed their studies in Rome and who will soon return to their respective countries, in RD Congo and Benin.
