On Friday, for the Feast of the Sacred Hearts, all of the sisters In Dublin were able to eat together for the first time since the lockdown was introduced. It was a joyous and long awaited occasion which stretched over several hours. In the evening we gathered again for Adoration in the chapel, followed by a “Zoom” Adoration hosted by the Sacred Hearts brothers Ireland-England. We entered into a virtual, prayerful and contemplative space before the Blessed Sacrament led by Father Fergal in the company of brothers and secular branch members. Over these last few weeks we have been introduced to a novel way of praying On line by COVID 19 which is surprisingly intimate.
