From 4 to 6 June, the Andean Province assembled the Superiors of the Local Communities to get to know each other in a formation session. The province has 13 local communities in four countries (Peru, Colombia, Ecuador and Puerto Rico). Present in the gathering were 12 local superiors (one unable to attend), together with Raúl Pariamachi (Provincial Superior) and Javier Álvarez-Ossorio (Superior General). The meeting took place in Chaclacayo, near Lima (Peru).
Javier presented the themes of Communion in Mission, Service of the Local Superior, and Community Discernment. On the final day, a psychologist spoke about Interpersonal Relationships in religious life.
