From the 5th to 15th of December, the meeting for the new zonal governments of the Congregation is taking place in the Retreat Centre Feria Enrico de Ossó, in Rome and is being animated by Giselle Gómez, stj.
The objective of this meeting is to have a time of formation to revitalize the service of animation and government, to help life to grow and to encourage an evangelical and participative leadership. It about reflecting, sharing and suggesting pointers that help us to understand the service of leadership as a true trusting ministry, especially in this process of change that the Congregation is experiencing, strengthening the sense of body and encouraging communion.
The meeting is being presented in the form of workshops, where we start with our own experience, which is enriched by the work and sharing in groups. In turn, it helps us to get to know each other better and to forge communion among us all.
