Last Monday, October 10th, the meeting of the masters of novices organized by the General government ended. The eight masters who participated were grateful for the opportunity to share and to reflect on their role as masters, on the different plans and to get deeper into some specialized themes.
One could see the diversity of the contents in which our novitiates work as also a leap forward in the quality of the contents and the elements which we hold in common for this privileged step of initiation into SSCC religious life.
The masters left with homework to do. With their respective teams each one will see how to improve the plan they have and how to incorporate different elements discussed in the meeting.
It was good having Sandro Mancilla and Raul Valverde, brothers who have had significant experience in this stage of formation. The brothers were grateful for the visits to Benedictine places in Rome and Montecasino, orchestrated by Alberto Toutin. Finally, thanks to the local community of the General House for the warm welcome afforded.
