The first retreat for the General Government took place in Assisi from 27th to 30th of November. Time was set aside each day for prayer, meetings and discernment motivated by the desire to offer the brothers some pointers regarding our religious life, in line with the decisions of the recent General Chapter.
There was also time to visit and pray in the significant places associated with the "Poverello" of Assisi.
A video message from Alberto Toutin sscc, our Superior General, was recorded in front of the Basilica of San Francisco. This will soon be sent to the brothers.
The brothers of the General Government are most grateful for your prayers in these days and we have remembered you very much in our celebrations.
