On Thursday, May 29, our SSCC brothers in Fiji visited the home of the Yavala family, where the United States Province is funding a home renovation. This house, which originally had only one bedroom and housed eight people, will now have five bedrooms, as well as a living room and a kitchen.
The project is progressing very well, and the family expects it to be completed in about three to four weeks so they can move in. The brothers were happy not only to visit the family and their future home but also to lend a hand in the construction work.
The Yavala family continues to express deep gratitude for the generosity of the Province in this initiative that will transform their quality of life.
