On Sunday July 3, at 04:30 pm, with the celebration of the Eucharist, the Preparation for Perpetual Vows Program, organized by the CAP (Asia-Polynesia Conference), was inaugurated in the Philippines. The Eucharist was presided by the General Councilor Pankras Olak, who also gave the homily, and concelebrated by the Coordinator of Initial Formation of the CAP Santhosh Thottankara, the Superior of the Community Patrisius Breket, his assistant Michael Hifarva, and the Spiritual Director Enrique Moreno.
After the homily, the 8 participants, representing 4 continents, received from Santhosh the official start of this meeting, invoking God's blessing on each of them. Brothers and Sisters of the Congregation in the Philippines, as well as friends and neighbors of the community, also attended this moment.
During the first week, participants will receive guidance on the meaning of this program, and will take charge of organizing domestic life and developing a project of religious life for this time. The presentation of the respective countries of the participants will also begin. The program will end on December 17, 2016.
