From January 22 to March 04, 2023, Hervé Kamba and Joachim Kupe took part in the session of "Initiation to the ministry of formator" organized every year by the missionaries of Scheut (C.I.C.M)
It deals with:
· The person of the formator: his role and his mission
· The management of the emotions
· The transmission of the charism in the formation houses
· The spiritual accompaniment and the vocational discernment
· The exercise of leadership in the house of formation and the norms of formation according to the Code of Canon Law.
We wish them a fruitful ministry in the service of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary for the good of the young people and of the whole Congregation.
