From 29th-30th March, the meeting of the General Econome Finance Committee was held at the General House. The committee is composed of: Raja Sebastian (General Econome), Manfred Kollig (Germany), Eamon Aylward (Ireland-England) and Thomas McClain, SJ (Treasurer General of the Society of Jesus). They dealt with three topics: 1) Positive impact of the investments of the General House [education, health, etc.]. 2) Provision of the necessary income for the future functioning of the General House. 3) International Solidarity (both congregational and other) and local solidarity.
