The General House is hosting from 8-13 September a Meeting of the IV stage of Initial Formation. Together with the General Government, the following coordinators of the Initial Formation of the Conferences are present: Pankrasius Olak (CAP), José Luis Pérez (CEA), Jorge Enrique Ramírez (CIAL), Richard McNally (USA) and Crispin Badinga (Africa). The brothers responsible for the IV stage of Initial Formation are also in attendance: Marcus Vinicius Maciel (Brazil), Christian Sandoval (Chile), Alexis Nayak (India), Yosef Barnabas Rianghepat (Indonesia), Alphonse Fraboulet (France) and José Ramón Torre-Marín (Paraguay). Among other matters for consideration will be a spiritual reflection on the vows as well as input on the meaning of the vows for today in each part of the Congregation plus a sharing of the programme for preparation final vows of each Province and Conference. Another important point is the work around the integration of the document concerning the fourth stage in the General Plan of Initial Formation. The meeting is coordinated by Thomas Sukotriraharjo, general coordinator of Initial Formation, together with Jean-Blaise Mwanda.
