On Wednesday, 10th February, a joint session of the General Governments of Sisters and Brothers took place by videoconference. Whilst most of the participants were in Rome (in both General Houses) Patricia Villarroel and Margarita Orozco were in Paraguay completing their canonical visit to Chile and Paraguay.
The central point on the agenda was the preparation for the meeting of the Enlarged General Council (Brs.) and of Zone Councils (Srs), scheduled to take place, virtually, between 6-13 June. The objective of the meeting is to offer a time of formation in the spirituality of the Congregation to those brothers and sisters who are at the service of authority. At a meeting in March (23-26) in Assisi, the two governments will reflect on the vows and continue to plan and organise the Congregational event in June.
