In an emotional act of faith and communion, the installation of the new pastor, Raúl Pariamachi sscc, took place on February 16 at Our Lady of Peace Parish (San Juan de Lurigancho). The ceremony was presided over by Monsignor Jorge Enrique Izaguirre Rafael CSC, Bishop of the Diocese of Chosica, who emphasized the importance of pastoral renewal and commitment to the community.
Monsignor Izaguirre welcomed the new pastor, highlighting his vocation for service and closeness to those in need. "His commitment to the poor and his human qualities will enrich this community," he stated.
Father Pariamachi, visibly moved, expressed his joy and gratitude: "I already feel like the happiest pastor in the world." He thanked the community for their support and reaffirmed his commitment to building a synodal Church, strengthening faith and parish unity.
