From April 14 to 16 the Province of Flanders held its Provincial Chapter in Leuven. All chapter members were present. Camille Sapu represented the General Government. During these three days, delegates studied various reports: the Provincial Government, the Provincial Commissioner, Damien Museum in Tremelo, collaboration with the Netherlands Delegation, Damiaan Vandaag project, the missions office...
The Chapter also allocated time for the International Community of Leuven to share with the Chapter the reasons for their presence and how its project is being implemented.
The Chapter then chose the team that will animate the Province over the next three years: Gilbert Decker (Provincial), Juliaan Vanderkerkhove (Vicar Provincial), Paul Aerts, Jef Tops and Mauritz Gillissen (councilors).
The evaluation made by the delegates was very positive and everyone thanked the brothers who prepared the Chapter and who provided other services during its celebration.
