On September 19, the Vice-Provincial Chapter of Ecuador has elected the Vice-Provincial government, which is composed of David de la Torre (who begins his third term as superior vice-provincial), Hilbar Loyaga and Nilo Pinzón (counselors).
After consultation with Alex Vigueras (superior of the Chilean Province), Javier Álvarez-Ossorio, the Superior General, has confirmed the election of David.
