The so long-awaited and well prepared moment finally arrived. A few years ago a Provincial Chapter took the decision to make a Center for Spirituality and a "Pousada" on the property that the Congregation has in Pindamonhangaba. This place already has more than 50 years of history and has had various uses.
After 5 years of work, the project finally became a reality. We now have a beautiful house that wants to offer to the Church, to the people, a space that can help to live their experience of God, to deepen their faith, and also to be used to rest and to organize events.
We can be proud of the quality of work, the house, the place… We, as province, can benefit from this space for our meetings, retreats, etc ... Many other people as well will surely use the house, either to stay and rest, either to develop their human, spiritual and vocational formation. The house has a capacity of 80 people.
The inauguration, on February 25, was presided over by prestigious authorities, with the presence of the mayor, vice mayor, the president of the Chamber, etc ... Even with letter from the governor of Sao Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, thanking for the invitation. Many other guests attended the celebration.
