On Saturday, 18 January, at 12.30 p.m. in the parish of St. Paul the Apostle in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain), our brothers Benjamin Kabombo and Remy Ebala, both from the Province of Africa, were ordained as deacons. The celebration was presided over by Mgr José Rico Pavés, Bishop of Asidonia-Jerez, who underlined in his homily, following the Gospel of the wedding feast of Cana, that ‘in the heart of Mary we learn the docility of faith, we learn to react to situations that overwhelm us’.
