On May 9, the eve of St. Damian, two Indonesian brothers were ordained priests in the parish of St. Damien of Batam. They are Rikardus Matius Bili and Valentinus Sedu Ritan. Also was ordained with them Stefanus Mae Saggu Molo, a seminarian of the diocese of Pangkalpinang.
The ordination was presided by the bishop of the diocese of Tanjung Karag Bishop Yohanes Harus Yuwono.
Valent will continue with studies, in the future he will go to Manila, to prepare himself as a formator. Rikardus has been sent to the parish of St. Damien of Batam, as coadjutor and as a member of the animation team of the Retreat House that the Congregation has in Batam.
