From June 28 to July 1, 2025, the Provincial Days of the France Province were held at the Picpus community (Paris). A total of 24 brothers participated, including 20 from the France Province, Ferry Tobe (Regional Superior of French Polynesia), and several invited guests: Tarsisius Son (Delegate of the Indonesia Province), André Kibeti (International Community of Berlin), Ferry Idriyanto (Delegation of Flanders), as well as two sisters: Mary McCloskey and Jeanne Cadiou (Provincial and Vice Provincial of the Northern Europe Province), and Jean Blaise Mwanda (General Government).
On June 28, our brother Quentin Huillard was ordained to the priesthood, followed by a joyful celebration in the Picpus garden. On June 29, he celebrated his first Mass at St. Gabriel Parish (Paris), followed by a parish hall gathering.
The agenda included discussions on the General Government's document about young people: “Let yourself be surprised by the young”, interdependence and mission (with reports on initial formation and youth ministry in Indonesia, the community in Leuven, the international community in Berlin, and the brothers and sisters in India), as well as information on the structures and the provincial chapter of the sisters of the Northern Europe Province.
The closing Mass was presided over by Bertrand Cherrier, Provincial Superior, and concelebrated in a special way by Alphonse Fraboulet (65 years) and Serge Gougbemon (25 years), who celebrated their jubilees of religious life.
