Despite the ongoing Pandemic, 10 of the Secular Branch members renewed their commitment for another 3 years and 14 new members are accepted to the community of Secular Branch Bandung on Sunday, October 4, 2020 at St. Gabriel Parish.
The Eucharistic celebration was presided by Fr. Dame Simatupang, ss.cc, a mentor of Secular Branch and the delegate of SS.CC Provincial of Indonesia, Fr. Bonifasius Payong ss.cc, to accept the renewal of the commitment. Fr. Dame was assisted by Fr. Lambert SS.CC. and become one of the witnesses to the SB members commitment. Srs. Kristina ss.cc., a mentor of SB, and Romeka ss.cc, Territorial Coordinator, were also the witnesses to this renewal together with other 3 Sisters and SS.CC Priests are present in this occasion to support and pray with them.
This thanksgiving was concluded by a simple meal prepared by the Secular Branch members. Let us continue to accompany them as they are willing to answer God’s call in living out the Sacred Hearts Charism and Spirituality.
