On the morning of 18 March, Alberto Toutin and Fernando Cordero (Provincial House, Chile) and Derek Laverty, Jean Blaise Mwanda and Thomas Sukotriraharjo (General House, Rome) held their first GG meeting using Skype. After the canonical visit to the Andina Province, Alberto and Fernando were due to return to Rome. This has not been possible due to the closure of borders on account of the Coronavirus. So they both remain in Chile. The General Government is organising its agenda online and will keep meeting this way until everyone finally is together in Rome - as soon as possible. To mark the Feast of the Good Father, a letter and adoration will be sent out shortly. It has been a joy for the Government to meet again, even if it was virtually. They place in the hands of Mary, Queen of Peace, the brothers, sisters and laity of the Congregation, as well as all those who serve in the mission.
