On Sunday, 2nd of July 2017, the Poitiers Session 2017 was opened in Picpus (Paris), bringing together 27 participants: 15 sisters and 12 brothers who come from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Fiji / USA, Africa, Poland, Spain, Ireland / England, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay / Bolivia, Peru and Chile.
The theme of this year's session is "SSCC Sisters and Brothers, useful for the Church" and will take place from the 2nd to 22nd of July in three main venues: Paris, Leuven and Poitiers.
In the organizing team, from the General Governments are Alicia Mamani, Goyi Marín, Camille Sapu and Alberto Toutin. Through the encounter of brothers and sisters, the liturgical celebration, the pilgrimage to the historical places of the origins of the Congregation and of Damian, we seek to renew our spiritual life and our SSCC mission.
