From 11 to 14 July, participants in the Poitiers 2026 Session visited the places associated with Father Damien: the Basilica of Our Lady of Monteagudo, Tremeló (the birthplace of Saint Damien); the crypt where he is buried in the Church of Saint Anthony in Leuven; and the community of SSCC sisters and brothers in that city.
