From 11-13 February, 2019, Jean Blaise Mwanda, on behalf of the General Government, paid a visit to the community of Louvain. He arrived on Monday, 11th February in the evening. On Tuesday, the day began with the celebration of the Eucharist at the Crypt of Father Damien and after that a visit to the Damien Centre. In the afternoon he met with the Council of the delegation and finally with the whole community where there was a brief presentation on the spiritual and missionary animation of the GG 2018-2024. An interesting dialogue took place. In the evening, Jean Blaise met the sisters at Heeverley. It was a lovely moment to be closer to our brothers and share life with them.
Our sincere thanks to the brothers and sisters of Louvain for their great welcome.
