In the Sacred Hearts Parish of San Gabriel in Paris the project "Hiver Solidaire" (Winter Solidarity) has just come to an end. This year will be a very difficult year since two of the three people welcomed into the parish have had to return to the streets. No solution has been found for them. The number of people on the streets in Paris has increased from 3,035 to 3,622 (according to the latest census). The Parish will continue to support the poorest people in the area.
Our SSCC brothers have also started a new ministry: visiting the Prison of La Santé to celebrate the Eucharist. They have created a small team involving parishioners and young people from the "Réseau Picpus".
