On the liturgical feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 31st of May 2011, in our Cloister “Christus Rex” in Polanica-Zdrój our brother Rafal, member of the Polish Province, left to the Lord.
He was born in locality of Wymyslów in the central Poland on January 25, 1925.
He entered the Congregation in 1952. First profession – 08.12.1953, final profession – 06.01.1957 in Polanica-Zdrój (Sokolówka).
During his life he worked as a lay brother in the Cloister “Christus Rex” in Polanica-Zdrój (1953-1989), in the Scholasticate in Wroclaw (1989-2002) and in the parish in Mielnik (2002-2010). Last months of his life he spent in the Cloister “Christus Rex” in Polanica-Zdrój.
His funeral will take place in Stary Wielislaw on Thursday, 2nd of June, 2011.
