Father Beltrán, 100 years old, died on October 9, 2019 in Santiago (Chile).

He entered the novitiate in 1936 and he was professed on March 27, 1937 in Valparaíso (Chile).

He was ordained a priest in Valparaíso (Chile) on September 19, 1949.
