To mark the occasion of the 77th Day of Indonesian Independence and as a form of appreciation to the widow of an Indonesian Independence fighter, the Commander of the Jayakarta Military Regional Command, Major General Untung Budiharto inaugurated a new house along with some small-holdings (chicken livestock, fish farming, and gardens) for Mrs. Marsi. Mrs. Marsi lives in Babakan Sub-Village in the Panongan Sub-District of the Tangerang Regency Banten Province - Indonesia.
In his remarks, Major General Untung Budiarto expressed his pride to the volunteers and philanthropists at their love of humanity that resulted in the new home and small-holdings. This gift is a tangible manifestation of the values of “Pancasila”, namely togetherness, concern, tolerance, mutual help, and mutual respect.
After giving a speech, Mrs Maris was handed the house keys and a ribbon was duly cut!
