On Friday 9 September, 7 young men were admitted to the Novitiate. The Mass was presided over by the Provincial, Camille Sapu. Joining in the mass were some of the sscc brothers and the two formators, Fathers Jean-Marie Kenguni and Kévin Kupe.
On Saturday 10 September, the Province celebrated the temporary profession of two young brothers: Mardochée Utshudi and Chançard Mbwalala. They were surrounded by sscc brothers, sisters and laity as well as their families. It was a great celebration.
At the end of the Eucharistic celebration, the Provincial, Camille Sapu, performed a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the official opening of the Father Eustaquio School in Kinshasa. On Monday, 12 September, students will start their school year. The Province takes this opportunity to thank the Congregation for its support and the Italian Episcopal Conference for the first instalment of financial aid. We hope that the second floor can be finished, so that we can use the whole building.
