It was a joyful moment for everyone on 22 November 2014, when during the Eucharistic celebration at the chapel of the SSCC Sisters Community of Cuenca, after the homily, four persons were integrated into the “Good Mother” Lay Community of Cuenca when they commited themselves. They were Hilda Victoria Pacheco Averos, José Victoriano Quito Stone, Ana María Campoverde, and Luis Mario Jimbo Tacuri.
In the presence of Sr. Alicia Esther Armijo sscc (representing the Provincial Government) and Livio Maldonado (National Coordinator), three sisters also renewed their commitments. They were Raquel Sanchez Bravo Eulalia, Eulalia Martha Fajardo Noritz, Enma Rebeca Solis Pesantes.
We sincerely hope that this community will spread more and more, and may soon form a new community.
May the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary fill them with light, that they become light for other new aspirants.
