On Wednesday, 15 June, the Enlarged General Council discussed the topic of leadership-structures-mission. Patricia Villarroel gave a presentation on the ad experimentum structure of the sisters (difficulties, learning, achievements). For his part, Alberto Toutin shared what the General Government has been observing in these years of service, in which some processes of adjustment of our structures have been carried out in order to have an adequate accompaniment of the life and mission of the congregation.
In language groups we worked on the question: What changes seem to you to be a priority in the style of leadership and in the structures of animation of the Congregation? The answers were shared and discussed, with the structures for mission as a backdrop. The day ended with a prayer around the song Veni Sancte Spiritus from Taizé, during which each person expressed in a word what they had taken away from the day.
