The International Meeting of Formators in the Congregation is taking place in the Cruzpamba house of prayer, Quito, Ecuador from the 2nd to 20th October. Fifteen sisters from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe have gathered. The objective is to meet as sisters who share the same task, to understand together on a deeper level the implementation of the new Plan of Formation, to journey together with unified criteria, and to acquire tools to help in the task of formation. They will deal with themes of interculturality, personal itineraries in the formation process and personal accompaniment. The meeting is led and accompanied by María Vidal, coordinator of Initial Formation in the Congregation. They are counting on the support and prayer of all the sisters.
