The Magazine of the Spanish Conference of Religious 'Somos CONFER', in its recent edition Number 42, presents the eight challenges of Religious Life. Its formulation has been the product of several years of work on the part of the presidency team and the General Council of CONFER.
Our sisters María Paz Martínez Almeida sscc, 86 years old, and Elena Díaz sscc, 33 years old, were interviewed for 'Somos CONFER'. Their testimony, which they called "More community life, more Religious Life", is suggestive for the second challenge, formulated as: "To take care of the religious according to the vital moment in which they are: elderly, intermediate ages and young people". Maria Paz and Elena shared their vocational story and their experience of life together, emphasizing, among other things, the richness of intergenerationality.
