From 18-20 April 18 the VIII Latin American Encounter of the Secular Branch SSCC (ELARS SSCC) will take place in Lambaré (Paraguay). Currently these meetings are held on a rotating basis every three years: Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay.
