Here are recent photos of our seminarians in Fiji as they initiate their farming project.
Fr. Johnathan Hurrell writes: “In an effort to lower our costs, we have begun to plant our own food crops (i.e. cassava, taro and vegetables). We have asked the Vincentians for use of some of their land adjacent to their own farm. March 28th marked the first day of what we call “farm day (working on the plantation)”. We will clear the land, then plant and grow on our own. We will work on the farming afternoon during the week and then again on Saturday.”
