Youth workers of our Congregation in Chile participated for the entire weekend of 13-15 March in the 4th version of the SS. The objective of the meeting was to strengthen and give the youth workers better tools to help them live community life by getting to know each other better and to recognize Jesus as the centre of their lives, accepting his invitation to build a more just world for all.
The Sacred Hearts School of Manquehue where approximately 80 young people from all the works of our Congregation participated in the formation days is located in Santiago, Chile.
Within the activities, there were 3 levels of workshops that took place between Friday and Sunday, divided according to the type of experience of the participants.
The school ended with a Eucharist presided over by the Provincial Superior René Cabezón ss.cc. This was celebrated with the enthusiasm and joy typical of young people. In his homily, René Cabezón invited the young people to offer what they had learned in this school, real service to the poorest, with humility and happiness.
