On the Solemnity of the Assumption of Mary (15 August), the new sscc community in Berlin (Germany) began its journey. Archbishop Heiner Koch (in the photo above) was present to welcome and greet the new community. He had very warm and encouraging words for the arriving brothers. In another photograph (below) the new community leader, Fr. Patris Breket, sscc receives his appointment from the Provincial Superior of Germany, Martin Königstein. In addition, there is a photograph of one of the churches where the brothers will carry out their pastoral ministry. The atmosphere is truly international: Polish, Spanish and German are spoken.
The brothers set out on this journey with joy and hope.
