The West Region of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary (USA Province) successfully held its annual fundraiser, drawing around 240 attendees — the largest participation recorded to date.
During the event, one third of the goal to fund seminarians’ formation for one year was reached through ticket sales alone, with the total increasing thanks to a live auction. The regional superior, Fr. Chris Santangelo sscc, expressed gratitude for the continued support of benefactors, while Fr. Martin O’Loghlen sscc, encouraged generosity, recalling the importance of almsgiving, especially during Lent.
The evening highlighted the region’s main missionary works, such as Holy Name of Mary Church, Mary’s Mercy Center, and Damien High School, in an atmosphere of gratitude and family spirit.
