The French Provincial Chapter began on Monday afternoon, April 21. It takes place at the Priory of the Sacred Heart Cistercian of Montmartre, at Blaru, near Paris.
16 capitulants attended the Chapter including the Regional Superior of French Polynesia and a delegate of the region. Also participating are Felipe Lazcano representing the General Government; Jeanne Cadiou, the Provincial of the Sisters of France; Marie France Gazan, president of the Secular Branch and Jean Pierre Cottanceau, as a guest from the region of French Polynesia as well as a formator in Manila.
Tuesday, April 22 was a day devoted to reflection and prayer, led by the brother Nicolas Capelle, a Lassalien brother.
Christian Malrieu was re-elected by an absolute majority in the first vote on Wednesday, April 23.
The Chapter will end at noon on Friday, April 25.
