From 6 to 10 March, in Brasilia, the Synodal Meeting of the Southern Cone (Chile, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil) is being held, which seeks to share the synthesis elaborated by each country with regard to the Document for the Continental Stage. Among the 21 delegates from different areas of Chile and ecclesial realities, our sister Carmen Gloria Mancilla sscc is participating.
This is the fourth meeting in which the Continental Stage of the Synod in Latin America and the Caribbean has been divided, the previous three were held in San Salvador, Santo Domingo and Quito, with the participation of delegates from each of the four regions in which the Latin American and Caribbean Episcopal Council (CELAM) is organised: CAMEX, Caribbean, Andean Region and Southern Cone.
