Personally, I would like the work for vocations to be strengthened. This feeling goes hand in hand with a look at the reality of the Church and of our religious family. While many believe that numbers do not matter, we seem to be going against the tide, even with the mission of Jesus: "go and make disciples of all nations..." (Mt 28:19). In this sense, thinking in numbers gives us back the hope of seeing our future; for we will see it in the faces of "others". The question of vocations may seem of little importance, and it would be better to think of mission, but what mission would exist if we die alone?

It is therefore important to strengthen vocational work, to prepare ourselves to accompany the young people of today in their discernment.
