Papal Audience of the General Chapters 2018 (Brs & Srs)

On Wednesday, 19 September 2018, around 80 brothers and sisters of SSCC Congregation participated in a General Audience at the Vatican’s Saint Peter Square.

At the end of the Audience, the Holy Father came down to greet the two new Superiors General. He also asked for the two former superiors general, and then spent a short conversation with the group in which Alberto Toutin and Patricia Villarroel expressed the gratitude and support of the Congregation to his ministry.

Qué regalo tan maravilloso para nuestra Familia SS.CC. y en particular para nuestras hermanas y hermanos Capitulares, contar con el gozo de un encuentro cercano con el Papa Francisco, que con su sola presencia revela ese rostro amoroso de Dios.
Comparto este regocijo y lo hago propio, bendiciendo al Señor por los valores de la sencillez, de la cercanía, de la bondad y de la ternura de nuestro Pastor que despierta los más bellos sentimientos de admiración en quienes han tenido el gozo de estar cerca y en los que a la distancia lo sentimos entrañablemente Hermano.
