From May 31 to June 1, the Casa San José in El Escorial hosted the annual meeting of the Secular Branch of the Iberian Province, bringing together lay members from the communities of Lisbon, Seville-Jerez, and Madrid. In total, more than 30 members participated, sharing spaces for dialogue around the identity of the Sacred Hearts layperson, fostering communion and shared commitment.
One of the most significant moments was the election of Emilio López Andreus, from the Madrid community, as the new coordinator of the Iberian sector. The final evaluation highlighted the excellent atmosphere experienced during the gathering and the strong sense of community. Religious members Luis López sscc and Raúl Valverde sscc, who accompany the Madrid and Seville-Jerez communities, also took part in the meeting.
