The meeting, led by the Reconciling Sinodality group, offered practical tools such as the spiritual examen, personal accompaniment, and spiritual conversation to be implemented in local communities.
During the day on Friday, February 13, and the morning of Saturday, February 14, the SSCC Sisters’ House in San Lorenzo de El Escorial hosted a formation session for community superiors and coordinators. The aim was to deepen a more participatory way of exercising leadership in the light of synodality.
Accompanied by three members of the Reconciling Sinodality group, participants not only reflected on the theoretical framework but also practiced concrete dynamics. These included the spiritual examen, personal accompaniment, and spiritual conversation—resources they will later be able to bring into the daily life of their communities.
